Yes, everything he is tweeting is sooo Kanye which coincides with symptoms of bipolar–grandiose, inflated sense of self, impulsive, stream of consciousness thoughts. And, yes, he is new to twitter so this could just be how he always us but now we know it. But, I’m going with my gut, this is going no where good fast. and it is really really sad.
